the ibf is ***ed up! powell just lost a title match to k9 the champion and the ibf turns around and order another eliminator to be fought with powell in contention? how much since does that make?!!! latimore should be next in line to fight the title holder or the #2 or #3 mandatory. powell should back at the bottom of the food chain.
