Man fk that, If he wanted it to happen it would of happened. The OST testing, in which by the way many Olympic athletes have gotten away with steroid used and admitted it later in life, is all BS. Floyd wants "safe" and "fair" sport but yet knocks a guy unconscious while he's not looking. Steroid testing is already in place in boxing ask James Tony or Fernando Vargas or many others that have gotten caught. OST is just a Mayweather demand. So what if he was on vacation, you can't negotiate a deal on vacation? It's not like you're going to be fighting him the next day. You guys are hilarious.It is Arum's intention to make money, the most money he can make is with Floyd vs Pac. If Pacman where to lose on of his fights with these other guys, the fight with Floyd will be close to worthless. Have some common sense. Who cares about Arum?
