How the hell does Brandon Rios make 135?

Probably close to 170 right there. I hear he gains a lot of weight in between fights. he won't be at 135 for more than another 6-8 months.

Victor Ortiz was the same way at 140. I had no clue how he was able to make weight. I would think Rios would be stronger at 140.
