The rabbit punches Jr said was as legal as the sucker punch and reminded me when George Foreman fought a dude after his loss with Ali and kept ducking his head thru the ropes so the ref would break and he wouldn't get clobbered. JR turns his head and bends down to the right.

Ortiz , All he needed to do was not throw hooks over a bending JR but throw body shots from the beginning.

Roy Jones Jr' lost his O because he was overzealous in hitting Montel Griffin despite the fact he was dominating him. RJJ really lost for the first time when he got ktfo by Tarver.


Floyd didn't get disqualified because they wouldn't be able to justify it because of the fact time was officially in.... no question the punches were beyond dirty but they were supposed to be fighting when Ortiz saw it upon himself to halt the bout & cause a temporary delay after the bout & rd was signaled to continue.. so while they were touching gloves... it was being done while the clock was moving.

I think Floyd knew this & took advantage of it.. knowing the ref had his back turned & the clock was ticking... The fact that he fully knew Ortiz would be defenseless when he threw the punches is the only crime that was committed.



He can't get convicted because he threw those punches when they were 'punched' in on the clock..... the fact that he could claim he took the law into his own hands & this was in self defense or retribution for what was done to him with the illegal headbutt could be used as an excuse for cause & effect & he wouldn't be portrayed as Completely dirty by the boxing establishment.... it was a brilliant move by a fighter who has no losses on his ledger & doesn't know how to lose & finds a way to win by any means.

This will come back to haunt him before his career will be through & he will suffer the same fate as RJJ before he retires... all of the ****y undefeated types do... his reflexes will slow just a bit & we will see him put to sleep.. whether it's pac or Khan or martinez... it's going to happen... it all comes back to you.. i even see some crazed fan hating on him & pulling out the asssssssssascination card..... that's how much he's despised by haters who can't stand his persona outside of the ring.....
