          Mayweather would do what he wants, if he wants to stop Berto he could, Berto has 0 defense and will try to smother and out speed Mayeather, a BIG NO NO, he'd get countered every time, and stopped if Mayweather decides to press, if not he'd coast to a near-shut out, I'd give Berto a round or 2, if that.
