How Would Negotiations Start?
If Pacquiao beats Marquez on November 12th like I think he will, how would negotiations for a Mayweather fight start? I remember a video before the Ortiz fight (might have been an episode of 24/7, not sure) where Floyd dismissed turning down big money offers to Fight Manny before like Arum had said. Floyd said how are they gonna make offers when it's Floyd's team that makes the offers or something to that effect. Arum said in an interview that him an Pacquiao are focused on Marquez but they want Floyd next. Who would make the first move Arum or Floyd's team?
