So before you tear a strip of an ambitious kid who wants to risk it all, think if only the rest of the fighters were of the same mentality we would be enjoying some hey days all over again, but alas we are not.

Currently it's fashionable to get given a belt and hold it hostage. The sooner we can get away from that mentality the better. I know Khan flaps his lips a lot and will get stopped by Floyd more than likely but i can't flame a kid wanting to step up even if he talks about it non stop.
Exactly. Khan talks a hek of a lot, but he has at least got a plan set to get to the best.

Unlike Tim Bradley who decided to fight nobody and get Arum to give him the Pacquiao fight.

lol test that chin out at 147 vs Ortiz, Berto, Mosley before talking about beating Mayweather..

Khan is the next Ricky Hatton, a JWW Champion (smaller fighter) that Floyd cherry picked according to the haters, yet Khan wont stop talking about him. lol

Yeah but whatever happened to proving yourself? Since when were you able to talk yourself into a megafight? Floyd called out oscar years before he actually fought him cuz he had to prove himself first.

his fast jab could trouble floyd, but floyd would figure this dude out. he likes to jump in with his punches like pac, but he's not nearly as athletic as pac is to compensate for those errors.

He holds 2 belts at JWW and is a silver medalist at the olympics with a pretty decent amateur and professional career. It's the state of boxing today that is to be blamed, not Khan.
If there were more worthy challengers then we wouldn't even be letting Khan get his name in the frame, but the truth is the WW que to getting a shot at the top guys isn't that long as it once was.

Just look at the HW division and you will know what i mean

The olympics dont count this is professional. There are a lot of names he could fight at ww such as, ortiz, berto, kell brook, mosely, & even alexander. You just cant jump right to the top guy, you have to beat some good names along the way

king khan could pose a real threat to mayweather.. i dunno if he's ready yet but we all know he beat the **** outta maidana, judah, malignaggi etc.. and he beat judah much more convincingly than floyd.. it's getting closer to the time.. mayweather vs khan is gonna be huge!

still, at this point im picking mayweather to win, until i see how khan does at 147.. still feel khan needs more experience and more tricks in the bag if he's gonna beat mayweather.. freddie might not be able to teach him that ****..
