I've worked in a call center and it's possible.

Really depends on who you get, as some workers don't give a **** and have the mentality that it's not their personal money, so they issue out credits freely.

Also we have average handle times, so sometimes I just gave customers $40-$60 dollar credits just to get them off the phone so my boss wouldn't be trying to fire me for not having all my calls under 6 minutes.
