I learn many things from this thread...compubox is a fraud and Mayweather lost 3 of the first 4 rounds (if you give Ortiz back the point off and don't score the KO because it was cheapshot)
Video: Floyd was losing the 4th round.

Damn! I missed it. I'll have to search for it. Good lookin'.Aww man you missed the DHMO scare?
Long story short, someone created a Travis Tygart fake twitter account. On it they posted "Floyd Mayweather tests positive for DHMO"...
The pac fans were going crazy. I'm talking about 500 pages worth of crazy, only to find the following:
DHMO is water bwwaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Comment

Your a true boxing fan! The *****s here are the only ones who can't accept it until now and they keep coming for more lol They can't stand this thread coz it's the truth floyd got taxed in this round. Never seen Floyd's turned into a bubble head before and damn he was missing shots a lot and that's only Ortiz.. Props to Ortiz, he was busting Floyd like never before hehe!
This video says it all

This thread is a mess and while I would've liked the fight to continue, there's a tendency in Ortiz's career that he gets progressively worse as the fight continues and Mayweather gets better.
I could make an epic post but I'm not sure if this is a troll thread so I don't think I'll bother typing it out.Comment

For what it's worth even if you make an epic thread it is all based on hunch.. But what we can tell about this fight is that it was turning into a great fight as evident to the competitiveness of Ortiz in the 4th. He was able to **** with Floyd and give him fits. Never seen Floyd get hit that much and missing a lot in a round. This thread is a mess and while I would've liked the fight to continue, there's a tendency in Ortiz's career that he gets progressively worse as the fight continues and Mayweather gets better.

Ortiz, was making his presence felt in there. It was shaping up to becoming a good fight.. But this thread shows we were robbed of a good fight..
Sucker punching is for wwe kind of stuff..Comment

Yup compubox ain't accurate, they think it's the computer counting the punches but in fact there is a guy clicking lol..As for victor winning all the rounds that's reaching.. But defintely he was winning the 4th before the sucker-punch happened..Comment

Jerry Roth gave Ortiz round 1
Harold Lederman gave Ortiz the 2nd round as did many on the forums
Floyd wins the third round no doubt
The fourth round well thats a matter of opinion I guess, but in judging how the fight was headed and the pace in which it was fought think about it Floyd threw 208 shots in the first four rounds, there were 8 rounds left, Floyd mayweather Jr does not throw 50 shots per round, and most of them were power shots, and he was getting hit by this kid, and he was missing alot of shots himself, and even when he did open up the kid kept comming for him.
To me the post fight presser says it all when Floyd was asked if he heard Cortez call time in or command them to box, he stated, I didnt hear him say anything but what goes around comes around.
In other words it was Floyd who looked for a way out and was willing to take a DQ loss which would be more justifyable to his fans than either lossing down the streach or winning a narrow close questionable decison.
To me thats the fight I saw, I did not see the Floyd mayweather that the fans he has claim showed up thats for god damn sure. what I saw was a young kid who came in with a great game plan (minus the headbutt) he boxed in spots and made Floyd come to him and then exploded when he would bait Floyd in...
Floyd did not want to find out the truth about himself so he looked for a way out and found it.Last edited by x3_bazooka_x3; 09-29-2011, 09:17 PM.Comment

You know whats funny, usally they are drinking but here is something else thats funny, if you watch the HBO version not the PPV where they do that episode 5 of 24/7
in between one of the rounds, one of the compubox counters look over (the camera switches to merchant and lampley and you can see this)
The guy looks over as they are filling out their un official ringside score card, and hits the clicker several times its right there on the rebroadcast and you can see it clear as dayComment
