All of this love topping and hugging starts in 1 place and 1 place only - the gym. It's a fight.. be friends AFTER the fight.

So when you guys bash a person like James Kirkland for being an ****** in sparring, you need to understand that ****** will appear in an actual fight too. That's how he trains. He simulates the fight.
