One, Haye would have to get close to him to do that.

Two, Vitali would punish the dude. You can see the anger in Vitali & Wlad when they talk about Haye; it's great.

Exactly, if Haye acted like Ortiz, more than likely the fight would have ended in a giant brawl with Vitali putting Haye and Booth into the hospital.
