I think he has learned from being KO'd twice. I think if RJ got hit with that right hook (in RJ - Tarver III) before he got KO'd, that punch would've sent him to dream land. I think he's learned how to get up now and at least try to continue.
With that said though, I've never really been a fan of RJ so I don't care if he fights again or not. He has good speed, and Tarver went for nearly all of his feints in III. But the problem was that he didn't follow up after the feints, and when he got punched he just put his hands up and tried to weather the storm instead of moving his head and counter punching. That alone gives me reason to beleive that RJ should not fight again. There were so many oppotunities to hit Tarver and he didn't do it.
He's definately not p4p the best ever, that's just hype.
