just one question...if Floyds fight Berto and take his belt would he be number 1 in at least the WW ranking?

So there is no champ at welter. But Floyd is the lineal champ right? Or was it relinquished with his retirement?

I think he lost that once he was drop from the rankings.
Doesn't matter anyways, no one gets it unless they are fighting Manny and/or Floyd.
