So I presume the same is being used for Hatton.

Alot of people tend to say Hatton was Top 5 P4P when he fought Mayweather because he was #5 a year or two before but he was actually #8 when he fought Floyd as he was when he fought Pac.

Winning the lineal belt twice at welterweight (Baldomir, Mosley) only counts as one.
