There is at least 1 who is strong enough to fight him blow for blow round per round but Floyd would make irritating alibis along the way for the fight hard to happen.

He wasnt good enough to fight Cotto without a catchweight, and he was too scared to fight a genuine JMW, so nope..... it definitely couldnt be him.
