I don't know if Margarito's gloves were loaded the night he handed Cotto's first loss (only he and his team know that); however, I honestly feel that if his face holds up, he will beat Cotto in the same manner he did the first time. Most feel Margarito is not the same fighter after the beatdowns he received from Mosley and Pacquiao (and I agree); however, I also believe that Cotto is not the same fighter after all the wars he been through, as well... We'll see on Dec 3rd!

Cheating or no cheating, Margarito went through hell to get the win over Cotto. Fight was very competitive. Even if you're picking Margarito to win, don't expect him to dominate because he won't(points wise and he'll take damage).

I don't know how much Margarito has left either, he does look like he training intensely but he has been hit numerous times and I'd think it would start to affect him now in his career.

I don't think this fight is gonna be as exciting as the first one. I don't think Cotto is gonna stand in front of Marg & trade shots with him, I expect Cotto to box smarter this time around & move a lot more. I predict Cotto by SD. It should still be a good one though..

I think Margo in this one is looking for redemption, but Cotto needs to prove that he is superior boxer than Margarito. Margo can eat all the gym he wants but the truth is that Margo suffered a lot more punishment than Cotto in his last beatings. And believe me: That damage is irreversible. So I think that the advantage in this fight is for Cotto and Margo will need more than hands straps to beat him. He'll need a hammer and all his arsenal to have possibilities to win.

It's ridiculous this guy is still allowed to box. I also highly doubt he suddenly started cheating against Mosley. Cotto had already beaten Mosley, so why would he not try to cheat against him? He probably started after something like the loss to Williams where he understood if he lost again his career would be essetnially done.

I can understand why Margarito is so confident, based on how Cotto has looked over the past few years, beginning with the Clotty fight -- he knows that Cotto is basically a semi-shot fighter that has been carefully matched to create the illusion that he still is an elite guy.
