Pacquiao has never said that he would agree to random testing with no cut-off dates, and anybody that says he has is flat out lying. This is nothing new for team Pacquiao and his supporters, you all have been lying and being disingenuous all along.

That's my exact point! I don't understand why people take their word as Gospel while anything that comes out of the Mayweather camp is instantly deemed as a bunch of lies.
