Looking at your sig...man Cortez looks like he's ill. Looked clueless as that crap went on...not firm at all Needs to retire. We'd seen a good fight if he was really competent...

i hate cortez as much as the next hater but this whole issue with cortez is really reaching. JC said "let's go" and motioned them to fight. irregardless of whether JC was looking or not, "controlling the fight" as some of you love to put it, ortiz is a dumbass who would've gotten chin checked no matter who was officiating. kenny bayless was looking right at mosley when he got clocked by floyd, earl morton was looking right at gatti when he got decked but do you guys remember what either did to "control the fight"? not a damn thing. floyd kept punching and the latter ruled a knockdown, rightly so.

i don't recall anybody yelling incompetency on raul caiz when he looked away here...

... think of all the bad things that could've happened, right? does every ref need to be put on trial when they briefly look away from the fighters now? i actually thought cortez did an ok job in this fight, he wasn't his usual self.

I see Floyds fans of high school drop outs and minimum wage idiots are back to defending him and his wife-beating and child-beating ways.

History will tell who is the "Best" and the bottom line is to check their respective Resume.

When you say era, then ask yourself who was chosen by The Boxing Writers Association of America(BWAA) as "The Fighter of the Decade"?

This is why they need to fight, to settle this crap and find out who would really win.

If they dont fight, they will both look back decades from now and regret whatever part they had in not making the fight. They will wonder what if, or I could have beat him but.............

They will have successfully put a negative spot on both their legacies and that ****ing sucks. They will both regret it big time.

Some people will think that Floyd was scared of Pac and some people will think that Pac was afraid of Floyd and then you'll never hear the end of the "random" testing for PEDS argument.

That **** blows, they need to ****ing fight already. Both of them need to stop acting like b!tches.

            This blows!

theres more pressure for floyd if he doesnt fight pac. pac already have 3 losses so when people talk about pac there not gonna talk about how great pac was and how he was undefeated. now with floyd thats what people is gonna remember, a undefeated boxer but he never face the pacman.

True, But most people think floyd is better. They hope manny can beat him but manny likley wont be the favorite going in. Manny still has flaws floyd can exploit with his skill set and reach.

But the media is placing the pressure on floyd but thats based on public opinion which floyd will never have on his side.

Floyd is just worried about losing his precious 0. I use to like May but now quite frankly I'm sick of all his antics. he claims he's the best of all time cause he's undefeated, so let me ask you this, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr is Currently 43-0 does that make him the greatest of all time? I THINK NOT! Being the best means responding to the call of duty. Fighting whoever stands in your way, proving that your skills can excel over any opponent. in my eyes i think that's being the best. Boxing use to be this way back in the day, but politics and BS has ruin the sport. What a shame.

Always will be the question of: "Why Manny didn't take a random OSBT and proved that he was legit."...IMO it goes both ways...I'm dead tired of this May/Pac soap opera!!! Me personally, think that Floyd would win if they meet, others think otherwise and I respect those who think that, but people need to let go, if by May 2012 they don't fight...it'll never happen and both camps are the blame, these 2 have boxing hostage, f/uck 'em!!!

I would agree with you on Manny regreting it, but most of his team are now saying the test is not an issue anymore. I guess its on whos side you want to believe.. I would say more that he would get questioned if he doesnt push for the fight harder than what he already is, instead of just leaving it up to his promoter. The way i see it with Manny is that he doesnt want to blow Floyd's ego more than it already is (all roads lead to mayweather). I do agree on the latter part of your message tho, they should make this fight as soon as they are both healthy from their prespective fights. So for me May or no later than this summer. Im tired of all the drama too and they have dragged this way to long. Maybe they should start doing open to the public negotiations so that everyone knows who is saying the truth...... Everyone request open negotiations!!! well just an idea....

i dont care what both camp says that they dont need each other, both will probably end up regretting not fighting each other. either for the huuuge payday or for more legacy. but it will taint mayweather more in history books.

Thats the big question... Floyd has better skills man overall, hes fighting a midget and dodge to fight a midget i dunno what hes on his mind both are HBO fighters both are talk on boxing community for the decade they are the best, if some talk needles regarding what Mayweather team wants thats bull man, America or HBO should banned Pacquiao since with Barrera i guess.
