Manny will also regret not fighting Floyd. Pacs team says that they have resolved the "random" testing issue while Floyd's team say that they have agreed to testing but only if Pac gets a notification so that its not "random" so that they are still holding up the fight and it just goes back and forth like ****ing tennis balls and I really just dont know who to believe anymore which is why i think they are both acting like little b!tches.

in pacs last interview about the test he was qouted as saying "theres already a commission. we follow the rules of the commission" & kanz right beside him said "we agree to 14 days cut off date & a test directly after"
