We do deserve this fight but think about this. Pacman is Arums biggest money maker, so if Manny and Floyd faught years ago like they were supposed to do and Manny lost then Arum loses his biggest draw. If he keeps Manny busy with other fights he's getting a steady stram of income coming in and then he can cash out with the big payday when Manny and Floyd meet.

Arum knows that Pacman and Mayweather must fight for the sake of boxing but he also knows that he must get as much money with Manny as he can because if he loses to Mayweather Manny's paydays will decrease.

Back then you may have a point but this time. It's too ripe, the more they prolong it the less the money fight will lose interest which equals bad business. And arum is about business. It's ripe and the biggest fight has to happen .As the saying goes their not getting any younger and strike while the iron is hot. It is too hot already. It's time. Everyone including arum wants this fight. The world wants this. And pac has mentioned he only has till 2012 then he retires for good. Pac has too many fights already. 50 plus fights. It's time.

I have a feeling they'll meet in 2012. It may be late 2012 but I believe it will happen. Arum will realize he can't stall anymore because Pacman is about to retire and he will make it happen.

Also Arum was a lawyer so trust and believe he knows how to conduct business in a manner that favors himself. Manny brought in Visionquest to audit his finances and then once they found something and were going to have a meeting with Pacman to report it, Arum writes up a letter to Pacman and then the next day Visionquest is fired. Sounds fishy to me.

I don't trust Arum one bit.

So is Manny. different styles of fighting...best offense against best defense....Floyd has never fought anyone with the volume of punches that Manny delivers and the angles that it comes from. Manny hasn't fought a defender with the same speed as Floyd and the defense/counter punching ability as Floyd....TWO BIG REASONS WHY THIS FIGHT HAS TO HAPPEN....

Wrong again !!! Floyd was the only one to bring up a reason to stop the fight from happening in the first, second, and third negotiation. If you are the better fighter and know that this is an easy fight....why make any demands that can hold up the fight....just say yes, prove you're the better fighter and make lots of money...

Funny how the fighters all of a sudden become flat footed previously beaten fighters that were fed to him...before De Lahoya got beat, Manny was the underdog...before Hatton got flattened, he was supposedly too much for Manny..before Cotto got bloodied up causing his wife to leave ringside, he was the biggest challenge for Manny because Cotto was fast and too strong...before Clottey went turtle, he was way too strong for Manny and Manny would never be able to hurt him...before Margacheato got beaten to a point where his mexican face ended up looking chinese, he was way too big for Manny. Juan Manuel Marquez was asked to go up in weight which Floyd himself didn't even make and had to pay the penalty. Ortiz was a legit middleweight...definitely the size if fighters that Floyd should be fighting...but how about Sergio Martinez who said he is willing to drop weight to fight Floyd at his true weight...advantage Floyd right ? why not take that fight ? Manny has catch weights because he is the smaller guy. He is the one fighting bigger guys...not challenging little guys ( JMM )...

Whatever arum is doing even if he is explioting pac. The fact is everybody I mean everybody including arum wants this fight to happen. Arum wants money, this is the biggest money fight for pac and Floyd. Everyone wants to see it. So who is holding it up?

It's not arum holding this fight, arum loves the greens. Pac has agreed to full random so what now Floyd?? See Floyd is the dark horse who doesn't want this fight to happen. He see's pac's greatness and scared to lose his 0. It's that simple.

If he did, he would have accepted the 50/50 money split and the 14 day cut off that Floyd's team proposed during the first negotiations. Arum stated he never gave the office to Manny.
