this fight would also test Taylor's ring smarts and focus, becuase if he gets the least bit over confident, he could end up getting KO'd.

I don't care if he's never been hurt or down, look at what Tito did to Joppy and Mayorga at 160.

No one can ever go into a fight with Tito and underestimate his power. Huge mistake.

As I stated Months ago on this one. If the Taylor who fought Hopkins shows up to fight Trinidad he would loose. Yes Taylor is larger and probably needs to be at 168 now. But Hopkins had him in serious trouble in the later rounds and if he had had another round or two Jermaine would have been fast asleep in the emergency room sniffing smelling sauce (to wake up). He missed plenty of times against Hopkins and threw way too many sloppy right hands which Hopkins could not capitalize on due to his advance age. If he threw those same right hands against Trinidad he would be rinking through a straw after they wire his jaw shut. Luckily for him Trinidad is no longer in boxing and Hopkins is not 5 years younger.

I honestly think Taylor is tailor made for Trinidad, Trinidad will get outboxed in the first half of the fight, I think Trinidad gets dropped in the 2nd, then gets outboxed a bit more...

Then in the 7th he starts opening up, then by the 9th Jermain starts going down multiple times, then Taylor gets stopped in the 10th.

this would be an exciting match up, u couldn't turn away from the tv at any time in the fight. i think taylor's got just enough skills to keep tito on the outside, but taylor could be suckered in. i know tito could hit him with that beautiful left hook. if this fight happened tito would be losing on the cards, and then either catches taylor open and hits him flush with a big left hand or loses by decision.
