And he never avoided Quartey, Quartey and Tito were set to fight but Quartey opted to fight DLH for obvious $ reasons. Then Tito went up to 154 he was having trouble making weight at 147 to fight Terry Norris who pulled out of the fight and he ended up fighting Troy Waters, then he went back down in weight and fought DLH, then went back up to 154. I think his best weight was 147 in his early years but at 154 he was truely amazing. There are so many great fights for him man..TITO COME BACK....

Oh and DLH is a warrior..yes he truely is..he is just a Warrior with brains..he can go toe to toe with Shane Mosely but not Tito..he is smart..and crafty.
    Great post...

Oscar is a warrior but Tito didn't have to make a big deal about fighting Hopkins. Oscar made it seem like it was some big challenge that has never happened before. Tito also didn't need a catch weight to try and win the undisputed middleweight title.

Tito was willing to fight anybody including Roy Jones without using any negotiation tactics. Alot of fighters now try to get themselves out of fights by blaming failed negotiations. With Tito it was just sign the fight and I'll go into training camp. That's what I loved about Trinidad.

Or does anyone else want this guy to come back?

I know he ain't the most superior boxer out there, but if he fights anyone other than Nard or Wright he can win!

Also, he is one of the most exciting fighters of this era! Like a little Tyson!

There are lot of fights he can take right now..

I was just deciding what to watch right now, then I went to my Trinidad collection, and now that I'm watching him fight, my respect came back for him.

          COME BACK, TRINIDAD!

I can't stand Trinidad but I would like him back also. I feel he is good for boxing right now and I was excited when he came back to fight Mayorga. I say just put him up with guys like Mayorga to give us boxing fans some exciting fights.

i agree with this post 100 % tito has never ducked anyboby and i think that he has proved this thru out his career ..i also agree that if he were to comeback he would need another trainer right after he lost to winky i made that point in a thread papa trinidad was good at having his son in shape but when he had trouble against bhop and winky he did not tell him **** did not mention any type of adjustments in the bhop fight he was even telling tito that he was doing good !!! i also think goosen would be a good fit ...that guy does miracles for a fighters style and he has them make great adjustments look what he did with casa. and look at casa now w/o goosen ?? he also revived chico's career even with goosen i don't know if he could beat winky or bhop but i am sure he would atleast win some rnds...
