Ofcourse. Who in there have the right to claim that they're number 1?
Ortiz is ranked number 2 while ****in Berto is number 3. Shows you how weak the WW division has become after Pac cleaned the division.

Pac cleaned the division? Fighting Cotto at a catch weight and beating Clottey in a fixed fight is hardly cleaning out the division.

I don't even think Floyd really deserves a P4P ranking...if he doesn't care about them they shouldn't care about him...everyone else on that list earned their ranking with victories and staying active...he is a punk for just stopping in every now and again saying, "yo 50 cent...tell 'em who I am"

Floyd also two fights in 2 years vs Mosley and Ortiz so Floyd basically beat the #1 and #2 welterweights in two years while Manny beat a barely top 5 Clottey and Mosley
