Fighting Pacquiao removes every single discredit floyd has gotten- why wont he do it?

If floyd cares so much about his legacy, and getting back at everybody that hates on him, beating pacquiao would do it.

Why can't he just do it? Arum already said testing was a non issue.. Floyd just needs to play the media and force a pacquiao fight.

This is the part that's baffling to me.

I think PBF has the edge in the fight. A majority of boxing experts think he has the edge in the fight. I'm sure all of his peeps think he will win easy.

Why would he turn down the ultimate payday and recognition bout? No more questions about when he's going to fight him. No more comments about ducking.

And the idea of cleaning up the sport is pure horse****. He doesn't even have Vargas or any of his other fighters opponents tested.

If he knows he can win, why not make the fight happen?

Manny needs the fight a LOT more than Floyd.

Floyd will be hated on no matter what but if Manny does not fight Floyd there will always be the question mark over him about his drug abuse

mayweather is running out of excuses. he told khan to take the test
to fight vargas, khan said yes to both.

he will get an ass whipping from pacquiao-lite (khan) for less money

he should take the pacquiao fight before he loses the chance

he hasnt had a real fight in a long time ...

I don't care what fans from both sides think. They aren't the ones getting in the ring. Both camps have ****ed us. Not just Floyd with his test demands, but Manny as well. I could careless about what biased fans with hidden, and not so much hidden, agendas have in this issue.

As far as Manny goes, there will always be non-believers of his achievements. In this day and age, there will alway be people with whispers. Especially since all these high profile athletes got caught in the Mitchell Report. It's not like Freddie Roach has had the cleanest camps ever. But who the **** cares at this point. Both fighters could squash all these thoughts, opinions, biased claims etc etc by fighting each other. But they won't. They're egotistical. Each and every member of their teams/promoters.
