only when every option is exhausted should we prepare to get ready for the showdown (which should hopefully be in 2012). there really is no other options out there for these two welters after Pac/ Marquez.
i know Floyd is concerned. it is why he demanded testing. Pac has yet to fully cooperate with the rules of testing, even though I don't think he's using anything. They are still trying to spin the media in their favor, but i think Floyd has gotten the best of them with this issue. everyone is down with having better testing. people don't have an issue with it. Team Pac has to agree to random blood tests. its that simple. get on board and get in the ring. don't keep leading us on. it's a yes or no deal, there shouldnt be this much grey area about testing, but Arum is making a simple demand very complicated. Its hard to blame either fighter, we can blame both, but when there is more excuses on one side than the other you have to ask WHY, what is the big deal? if Cotto demanded testing guess what? they would have overruled him and still made him come in below 147. the only problem with this fight is that Team Pac has someone dictating extra rules to them and it just happens to be a rule that they cant overrule or overthrow since it is Floyd's right to ask. mindgames. its all politics.
More nonsence from the biggest ass in boxing. Paq has exploded in popularity because he walks through he and Floyd's common opponents with the greatest of ease, and also destroys fighters that Floyd has ducked. (Cotto and Margo). If Floyd would quit "retiring" every time he is faced with a real challenge, maybe we wouldnt have lost so many fans.
WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. believes that Manny Pacquiao is avoiding their potential mega-fight, and continues to use to his name to build up his fanbase.
