If you look at the end of the third round floyd was landing some good shots on ortiz he knew he was not gonna be able to fight him how did berto. When the fourth round started floyd opened up with a 8 punch combo I think Ortiz was not expecting floyd to do that. Oritz didnt know what to do and lost control. The knockout was legal, but it can be argued a cheap shot.
But that whold sequence looks so WWE where everything is stage. A wrestler hits his opponent with a chair while the refree is distraced to ocurrence outside the ring, then regain focus to countout the fowled wrestler. Too funny.
