For the nth time, Floyd will not fight Pac. Another Mayweather just confirmed that. A fighter who habitually takes cheap shots is nothing but a certified coward. Floyd will not fight anyone unless he is at least a 6 to 1 favorite.

I reckon they are planning on fighting before Pacquiao would be ready i.e. December/January and then maybe make the big fight for some some time between May and December 2012.

Apparently Schaefer said that Floyd is looking to fight 3 times by the end of next year.

Give it up. Floyd's never going to fight Pac. Floyd just showed everyone what a coward he is. If the fight with Ortiz has not convinced you yet, then what will?

Funny how people keep saying "Floyd took a cheap shot" but throughout my experience in being in street fights or just watching them in general. I would think once you get hit the first time, you automatically put your hands up and swing back. You don't keep your hands down and look at the ref. I wish Floyd didn't KO this sucker because it would have been more fun watching him beat up on Ortiz longer but once he did the head butt we pretty much knew Ortiz was about to give up. Dude left his hands down AFTER Floyd threw his hands up. If you look at the fight again you can see Ortiz saying something to Floyd most likely apologizing and Floyd said something back to him. On top of that. Ortiz fell on his elbows and eyes was open. He could have gotten up with 1 minute left in the round but he stayed down and smiled. Ortiz had a chance to make a statement and he blew it plain and simple.

even the chimpanzee-look-trainer roger mayweather knew very well that chicken floyd will not fight pacquiao because pacman has all what it takes to defeat the self-proclaimed great...

i would not be surprised if chicken floyd will go on "vacation" again and return to the ring the next couple of years to fight erik morales...

A true boxing fan would never support a cowardly act that makes more people lose interest in the sport.

I understand Roger's saying that either Pacquiao won't take the test or Mayweather's going to fight soon after Pac is done with Marquez, but Pacquiao said testing isn't an issue. If that's true, let's get this fight done.

Whatever MR MORALITY but I bet you probably support a fighter that would turn down a random blood test, a promoter who helps a cheater who tried to use an illegal substance to fight another opponent and a fighter who makes fighters do catchweights eventhough their done anyways. Get out of here with that Bull****. Don't try to question whether I'm true fan or not when most likely the majority of your posts are probably about how much you hate Mayweather and love Pacquiao. Try posting some boxing knowledge instead of critiquing everything Mayweather does because if Ortiz didn't start the **** then we would not even be discussing this situation.

Give it up. Your idol is a certified COWARD and it's making you more and more irrational and irritable. You can't even see the damage your idol is doing to the sport.
Let's hope for your own sake that you will eventually see the light.
