I would also point out Floyd has already fought at 154 against De la Hoya and didn't seem to skip a beat in terms of speed. I just don't think Pacquiao would agree to fight at 154 given that he apparently doesn't believe he can preserve his speed at the weight. That's why he agreed to the catchweight of 150 with Margarito.
