Boxing is a sport where warriors meet in the ring, two lions fighting for who is the greater warrior.... there hands their only weapon. It requires heart, courage and the warrior mentality. It is the more classy combat sport, compared to UFC. But certain athletes give boxing a bad name and go against this.
1. Timothy Bradley
Coming in at number 1 a fighter that people once thought of as classy, has changed and his reputation has done a 180. For someone who fights in a sport where your hands are your weapon, Bradley uses a third weapon his big ugly bald head. Bradley who is supposed to be a warrior, called out Khan telling him to stop ducking, but it turns Bradley is the only ducker. Khan offered him everything, 50/50 money including his money from UK PPV, still Bradley turned it down, stating "what if i loose?" I will never get a big money fight then, what a coward. It has been 8 months and he still has not signed a fight and doesnt plan to soon unless its a big money fight.
2. Floyd Mayweather JR
One of the greatest fighters to enter the ring will always have a tarnish on his legacy, being a ducker. First ducking Margarito and Cotto, and now ducking Sergio Martinez and of course Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather isnt a warrior and the sport would be better without, he runs in and outside of the ring, even though he posses amazing talent. I know it isn't only mayweather responsible for the lack of the mega showdown between him and pacquiao, because Arum and Manny are paritally to blame also, however Mayweather continues to add new conditions further pushing the fight from happening. Not allowing Manny to train in his home country of the Philippines, like come on. But what about Martinez, Mayweather said he would fight the winner of Martinez vs Williams II, but when Martinez proved to be a beast with his devastating KO, mayweather shut up and never said another word about it, even when Martinez called him out. Then last night, we know mayweather most likely would have won anyways, but giving a guy two shots when he was pulling his arm away from the hug to get you your 42nd victory. Then calling out a respected boxing analysist, this doesnt belong in boxing it belongs in the UFC. I can maybe understand the first punch, but the second. To make it worse the *****s love the win, its pathetic.
3. Andre Berto
Number 3 is Andre Berto, a highly hyped fighter who has always been softly matched. When he was finally given a good opponent (whom they did not believe was good however) he couldnt take the pressure and lost convincinly. When he lost he began to pull the number 2 ranked on my lists antics (Floyd) and say Ortiz was using PED's, then when questioned about it he backtracked just like a two faced coward. His comeback fight came against a tough but no named European whom Berto used the number 1 ranked disgrace to boxings tactic, his head. Berto looked ok, but it was not a very impressive win. Berto is still bitter about his loss, complaining on twitter about how Ortiz is using Berto to promote his house... get over the loss ortiz was better than you Berto. He then tweeted and retweet hints that Ortiz was on PED's for his fight, but not for Floyds and thats why he lost.
Number one - a coward that is money hungry and uses a third weapon. Number two - a coward that is even more money hungry, and a sucker punching cheater and number 3 a over hyped crybaby.
