I think the difference is that there are rules on the books against low blows and the ref even warned him several times about what he was doing but never escalated beyond warnings so in this case it was clear what abner was doing was wrong and the ref even acknowledged it by warning him.

Although i do not like how the fight ended i cant allow such a blatantly inaccurate comparison to be used.

No point was taken away. Plus, the warnings were basically for Agbeko to be smart and protect himself.

He didn't.
