He had established the perimeter with Mosley by the end of round 1, and he had established the perimeter with Ortiz by at least the middle of the second round.

I honestly cannot see Pacquiao taking the kind of punishment that he will be forced to absorb, without Roach stepping in and stopping it.

I think that Pacquiao will get picked apart, broken down, and beaten up.
But the problem is, it seems Floyd, by all indications, doesn't agree with you Lead.

It's pretty obvious mayweather is scard of PAC, anyone who beats a woman is clearly a Coward! PAC is to fast and can punch, he won't stand in front of May he'll give him angles and turn him just like he did to Da La Hoya. Mosely found out just how hard PAC hits. May knows he's been told, this guy is one of the hardest punchers in boxing. He's afraid of PAC man.

Monkey mayweather has zero sportsmanship. Sucker punching an oponent? Ortiz was doing very good, was penetrating mayweather´s defense. Floyd was hugging too much too. Rematch asap !!!!

Everyone's workrate goes down against Floyd, Manny dumbass little boxing IQ Pacquiao would be the same. Floyd can't take a shot? Wasn't everyone's holy grail the two he took from Mosley last year? Now he can't take a shot, revisionist history at its finest.
he took a shot against zab and fell...he took a shot from mosley and he was stunned...u cannot compare the work rate of zab and mosley to the work rate and the style of pacquiao....how can that be lie when it was my opinion??...it is what i saw.. playing the internet tough guy is a b*itch move bro...save it for ur boys in the hood...

wouldn't mind seeing Floyd as a trainer.
The guy could coach a lot of these young bucks on defense and more importantly conditioning.

Would love for Mayweather to teach guys within GBP i.e. Saul Alvarez, now Devin Alexander and even Victor Ortiz himself on how to actually stay in shape the whole year, and how to work on their cardio, so they're not winded by the 6th round. It always kills me when these young guys, can't seem to ever go past 7 rounds without being exhausted.

Pacquiao's vaunted workrate will plummet due to Mayweathers accuracy.

You can forget the 1200+ bull**** that Josh " I will not hurt you " Clottey handled with no problem at all, Pacquiao's punch output will plummet, just like all of Mayweathers opponents. You can expect 600-700, but not much more, and every single one will offer Mayweather an opportunity.

Pacquiao is easy to hit with his come-forward 2-handed punching style, and that will play right into Mayweathers hands.

Once Mayweather starts to time Pac and finds a home for that right hand, the writing will be on the wall.

I believe that Bruce Trampler is well-aware of that, I believe that Freddie Roach is well-aware of that, and I also believe that Bob "Mayweather used to be better than Ali" Arum, is also well-aware of that.

Which is why Bob Arum is clearly in no hurry to make that fight.

Mayweather will be the last fight that Pacquiao takes before retirement.

NOTE: I am not insinuating that Mayweather will retire Pacquiao, just that they will not fight him until it is Manny's last fight.

I think he is beginning to be inconsistent, prior to the fight he said he is going to fight Pacman(with blood testing); after the fight he lashed out Pacman and said he doesn't need Pacman!

How can you be the Best when he refuse to fight among the top ten PFP?
Dont be so fkn ridiculous kid, P4P is theoretical, and most P4P fighters do not meet in the ring because of weight disparity. *** me, and the manny-circus continues.

We all know floyd is a good boxer but floyd is not great. That sucker punch will tarnish him for the rest of his career. He was on pace to earning global respect, but that cheap shot turned all fight fans off. All the greats would never capitalize on a cheap shot like that. Total bs. Lost all respect I had for floyd. Yeah vic did a dirty head butt prior but he suffered the consequences with the penalty. Floyd is a coward and *****!
