My initial thought last night was - that Floyd's gonna take another temporary "retirement" - you know, cause he's always saying "I can't get no respect." Plus, he's gonna get a lot grief from last nights drama and the media drives Mayweather to do some crazy **** when they start hounding him. And, everytime he hears Pacs name it sends him a little further in to insanity mode. Ya'll know their not gonna let up about it, in fact it may actually get worse from here on out. He's got his rescent paycheck, and I don't really think he honestly loves the fight game anymore.

But to be completely honest at this point, IDC anymore. Unless Mayweather is fighting Pacquiao or Martinez and the fight is signed, sealed and ready to be delivered then I have no interest in him at all.

Side note: Anybody get the feeling that GBP might be announcing their new partner in the company really soon??? Hmm, wonder if Victor Ortiz is ready for that?

Floyd is the biggest piece of **** i have ever seen enter a boxing ring. He should have been disqualified and fined after what he did so should Cortez for such a poor job (I'm fair but I'm firm) what bull****. Ortiz clearly wasn't even looking at Floyd he was waiting on Cortez's instructions and Floyd punch him while he can't even brace for the impact. He couldn't have easily killed the kid. He pulled that **** in the Shane Mosely fight he is such a piece of **** and he wonders why America supports foreign fighters like pacquiao, El Terrible, Cottos and those guys. THey have class in and out of the ring, I hope he fights Manny and gets his ****ing face rearranged

Floydie, if that's the case, then why the **** do you need GBP to promote your fights? That's because Mayweather Promotions can't do ****. No structural organization, nothing. They even got evicted from their offices in Las Vegas. that **** Ellerbe (Floyd Sr. said that) is the CEO of Mayweather Promotions LLC. wtf can he do besides rub Floyd's body in the corner?

this is why if Floyd never fights Pacquiao, he would be fighting another Golden Boy fighter. that's what he's done since beating Baldomir, after the fall out with Uncle Bob he needed Golden Boy to promote his fights because on its own, Mayweather Promotions can't do ****.

Did I read that last part right, Floyd is going to take time off to train fighters? Ducking master class is in session, '09-'11 was just the introductory course.

So far we have tune-ups, business being out of order, and becoming a trainer as reasons he can't fight Manny. Can't wait to see what else pops up in the next few weeks...

Mind you, Ortiz was ranked 3rd when Mayweather fought him, and Pacquiao has never fought anyone at welter who was ranked that high, so I suppose that Mayweather will still have that over Pacquiao.

Be good to see Pacquiao fight someone who didnt need a zimmerframe to assist them into the ring.
