mayweather jr fights are often dull, but he can't hold a candle to a klitschko fight.

Minus his past, Pacquiao is the Ideal representative of the sport.

but Floyd is Box-Office. He gets numbers.

Wlad's fights are more entertaining, because he goes for the KO, while Floyd just tries to run out the clock for a decision.

he's a HW with knockout power. he better try and knock somebody out.

you're in the minority with the bold, tunneybear. wladimir fights are regularly regarded by fans and pundits alike as being duller. it's the clinching. he also fights much, much worse fighters. leipai doesn't make it to a mayweather fight. he makes it to a klitschko fight because of the lack of talent in the division. the HW division is largely void of talent. these guys suck. floyd doesn't fight his best available competition constantly, but the overall level of ability of his opponents is higher.

boxing / moving is considered more exciting than clinching by virtually everybody. you've got a massive bias for wladimir klitschko, so i don't expect you to change your opinion.

The heavyweight division is loaded with talent right now, lots of interesting fights coming up. When there is an American champ, you'll like it better.

Leapai wasn't rated in the top 20 by BoxRec or the IBO computer, Wlad had to fight him because he was the WBO mandatory.

Wlad's fight have mostly been MUCH more exciting than Mayweather's, although there's been a couple of dull ones.

Definatly Klitschko but he's also the more boring of the two.

It makes no sense to me how anyone could find a feather-fisted safety-first defensive boxer like Floyd exciting.

He was doing a lot of holding against Maidana, although usually Floyd's shady ref wouldn't let the shorter-armed Marcos fight on the inside.

Seem a double standard going on with a lot of people.

You do realise that the only difference between that description and a description of Wladmir Klitschko is the "feather-fisted" part.

Wladimir has fists of steel yet he still adopts a safety-first defensive style against mostly cruiserweights and fat bums.

                    Which is worse?

So you're saying they are the same, except Wlad has power?

Then why do many who call Klitschko boring say Mayweather is exciting?
