What does the rules say about restarting the match after a ref time out?

Anyone know? Is "Box", or hand wave or "TIME" all recognized way to start the match? how is a ref supposed to resume the action? I thought he is suppose to call "TIME"? Basically does the ortiz camp have any shot of getting the n.a.c. at review the outcome of last nites fight?
