Its expected. Pacquiao better not expect anything different. Floyd will cheat him in a minute.

The only thing that counts is victory and Floyd achieved that greatly when he sucker punched his poor, ******, and unsuspecting opponent.

That's what boxing is all about. Hit them when they don't expect to be hit and never apologize.

On a more important note, we must all learn, like Floyd does, to pick our battles in life. We must learn to say no to situations where we can lose. It is a free country and we should exercise our God-given rights to choose our fights.

If Floyd once again refuses to fight Pacquiao, then I support his decision. He has his own reasons. He is just looking out for number one. Floyd Mayweather is the greatest fighter of all time, and history will be kind to him.

My family and friends here in our neighborhood agree with me on this.
You described the makings of a paper champion perfectly..

I was rooting for Mayweather and was glad he won. I felt that Ortiz SHOULD'VE kept his guard up.

But you're taking it too far, troll. If the ONLY thing that matters is victory, then does that mean IF Pacquiao is taking steroids and isn't caught and he defeats Mayweather...I guess that's that then, right?

Pacquaio beats Mayweather with illegal PEDS, but since the victory is all that matters, disregard the means.

Mayweather won fair and square, that's a fact. BUT...what he did was UNSPORTSMANLIKE, that's all I'm saying.

Any objective poster will see that. It was legal, but unsportsmanlike. And to be honest, I didn't see Ortiz doing anything that led me believe he would've BEATEN Mayweather.

I'm OK with it because if you watch the replay you see the following:

Ortiz making a sportsmanlike gesture by extending his arms to Mayweather; Mayweather accknowledges said gesture; Ortiz then goes in and tries to make another (sportsmanlike) gesture (the hug)...

WTF is this? Floyd accknowledged Ortiz and then he resumed fighting. Ortiz on the otherhand wanted to hug and be friends (like what Shane Mosley did against Floyd). This a fight, a boxing match where the participants are combatants against each other. You're not there to be friends and to chummy with your opponent, you're there to punch him enough to knock him out or to win on the scorecards. And that's what Floyd Mayweather exactly did....
