It was very obvious yesterday that..

Manny Pacquiao will have a very hard time beating Floyd Mayweather Jr and the words of Freddie Roach ring truer than ever when he says that Manny must fight a "perfect fight" to win.

After watching rounds 2, 3 , 4 .. it was apparent that Floyd had Victors timing and movement more or less worked out. Rounds 5-6 onwards would have gotten ugly.

From round 2 onwards Floyd was catching Victor comming in with short right hands/right hooks and timing them perfectly. Everytime Victor got too close Floyd shells up or clinches. Very smart.

Rounds 3 and 4 were amazing. Floyd switched it up. He started catching Victor with a left hook every time he came in in round 3 and one right hand when Victor came in which knocked Victor off balance ( Vic was throwing a straight left to aid him being off balance after being countered ). i.e used a different tool to execute the same strategy. Very smart indeed.

At the end of Round 3 and during round 4 Floyd started working the rear uppercut as Victor came in. Dude is insanely crafty always switching up his attacks and keeping his opponents pre occupied with one attack whilst effectivley connecting with another and effectivly mixing and matching them up!

He did this over and over again. I will make GIFs later on today if i get time.

Manny would need elusive ways to get close to Floyd, alot more head movement and Manny definatly needs to drop his shooting in style. It simply will not work against Floyd at all. Floyds TIMING and HANDSPEED are absolutley DANGEROUS to Manny.

Manny would need to avoid being tee'd off on by Floyd from a distance and must stop getting hit comming in. If he can do that, he has the power and the speed to give Floyd a lot of problems.

Manny is in there with a shot, but Floyd is a very smart fighter, in all honesty it probably wont be very good for Manny. Floyd controls the variables too well ( distance, timing, positioning , etc )

I will hopefully add GIFs later on today and bump this thread to show what im talking about.

    Keep it real boxing fans!

The majority of these .gifs show glancing blows that were turned with or ones that strayed over his head. If anything, I'd say it shows he was a bit off. But that's neither here nor there.

Ortiz's head and foot movement is nothing like Pacquiao's. He gets his gloves up under his chin, and dips from side to side. That's predictable. Pacquiao doesn't move with any sort of consistency like that. Victor looks like he's ducking under the training rope that taught him to bob and weave. Pac doesn't.

I'd like to see a real fan break down how Pacquiao beats Mayweather

How does Pacquiao close the gap and get inside to land on Floyd without getting tagged. Pacquiao has an ambush style, he doesnt fight like Hatton or Margarito or Castillo or Diaz
