    Because he knew it was his fault all around. He did the leaping headbutt then he didnt protect himself especially after the first punch. What a moron.. But you know what it works out better for him because now he didnt really get damaged much, got a huge payday, and now can use an excuse that he lost because of the unsportsman like punch. He won either way. He would of lost and been brutally beaten up if the fight continued. I wouldnt be surprised if his corner instructed him to use dirty tactics if he felt he was losing and couldnt win.

      lol that was the most blatant headbutt ive seen and he going to try to apologize like he didn't know what was going on?his apology was fake as hell and he was trying to headbutt Floyd all night. u guys are stuck on the fake apology thats why u can see it

          probably because the punches were legal.cortez brings both fighters to the middle of the ring and says lets go then looks at the time keeper and says time in then floyd landed the 2 punches that knocked victor out
