I Wasn't Impressed With Alvarez or Vargas

I know both fighters are young and up and coming. I just didn't see what all the hoopla was about leading up to the fight.

Regarding Alvarez, I thought Gomez was winning the fight and the stoppage was an early one.

Regarding Vargas, shame on Mayweather if he puts him in with Khan. As a promoter, I feel he would be setting him up for failure. I thought Vargas was barely holding his own against the much stronger/tougher Lopez.

In my opinion, both fighters still need plenty of time to mature.

I can't believe Floyd would attempt to pit Vargas with Khan to save his own ass, the kid will get killed.

And while I'm not sure who was winning the Alvarez fight, I agree the stoppage was too quick and Alvarez looked mediocre at best.
