I think the fight itself would be a simply mega event. But the price tag will be close to 100$. Then every other ppv fight that follows will have an elevated inflated price tag. In short, that fight will be big, but it will hurt the sport in the longrun. PPV's aren't delivering as it is, now all the big fights that follow that one are gonna be too expensive.
Floyd-Pacman, the pricetag and what it does for boxing.

I don't think it'll happen, and I don't care anymore to be honest. Fed up with all the BS.
If it did happen, I think it would be kind of an anti-climax. Not as bad as Wlad-Haye, but not as awesome as most people would think. Especially not to mainstream fans.
I think the US PPV fees is ridiculous as it is. $100 would be way too high. -

tbh, the way it's taking forever to get made, i probably wouldn't care to see it when it goes down. everyone who doesn't know or follow boxing at all will hype the crap out of it, and it'll probably turn out to be a lackluster considering their styles, or not as exciting as we thought. both guys would most likely retire after so for me, a guy who keeps up with current boxers and potential matchups, it wouldn't do anything for me. i'm not a diehard fan of either guy and not looking to drop 100 bucks on it either.Comment

The US coverage is still second to none of course, but the PPV fees is just crazy IMO. £15 in the UK is a decent price for a PPV.Comment
