    Sums up Floyd's Legacy

Best boxer of his generation and arguably of any generation, but always takes the easier opponent, option, or way out, to keep his record intact.

The Ortiz fight was a real mismatch and was on his way to dismantling the inexperienced young buck but decided to take the less riskier approach of knocking the other guy out immediately after the break. A true, great fighter would have had the confidence to know that he would have eventually taken the young gun out later in the round or in the fight. Ortiz was done, frustrated and about to quit again. Floyd should have just waited. But once again, he takes the easy way out to keep his "0".

Too bad, because he is the best boxer I have ever seen in half a century that I've been on the planet. One of the most beautiful boxers to watch but also one of the most frustrating to pull for.

Ultimately, this sums up Floyd's legacy - shoulda, woulda, coulda.
