Khan has the opportunity to beat Ortiz without controversy and rain on Floyd's win. A much stronger position to then call out Floyd from.
A Khan-Prescott/Morales/Peterson/Bradley fight is not interesting. The first two he'll breeze past, the third will be more difficult but still a straightforward win, and the Bradley fight won't get made for a long time so there's no point wasting time holding out for that.
And if Floyd still tells him to fight Vargas first then Khan should tell Floyd that Vargas has to fight Haroon first.
