Then he failed, Floyd shouldve been in the neutral corner as he was starting the time, Im pretty sure the "Official" time clock wasnt even running because Cortez was still talking to them, so how can it be a legit KO if it happened when the clock wasnt running?

Re-watch the fight again, the clock never moves, Floyd shouldve been in the neutral corner , Cortez should take away 1 point, sent Ortiz to opposite corner and then tell the Time keeper that its time in and for fighters to fight, and if they wanna hug thats their problem.
