wasn't cortez supposed to break up floyd and ortiz after they hugged giving them some distance between eachother and then said "box" to resume the fight or something?

Well, actually I got this as “box” is what is used as a global phases in boxing that is used in the amatures as many competitors come from many different countries so they will understand the phrases: Stop boxing, box and break. I was just looking for clarification of the rules under a professional organization but see as the rules are extremely vague.

or i think it might be "time in". but in the post fight conference ortiz confirmed that he did not hear cortez say "time in", which he should have said. cortez is a horrible ref though..

lets go and the hand gesture was more than enuff for ortiz to be on guard. its his own fault. no need to baby him. its real easy to blame cortez for a mess ortiz caused with his own inexperience.
