I suspected about a year and a half ago that this fight will never be made because Floyd keeps coming up with excuses. I personally think this is a winnable fight for Floyd but for some reason he just puts up barriers (drug test, vacation, making lots of money...)

FYI larry, floyd asked to fight shane and oscar for years. in fact shane on hbo said he couldnt fight floyd because he had a tooth ache. bob arum would never sign to let floyd fight oscar. this is nothing new. but haters will never give floyd his props. and pac and roach openly avoided shane until he took bob arums money and did a swan dive in the fight vs pac. same with clottey, he couldnt miss and hit pac at will. but because he took bobs money he too did a greg louganis and took a dive. sad.

But he prefers a Vacation!! Then when he comes back he fights a tune up. He said he schools Pac too. But wont fight Pac. Then ask for all kind of bull**** test! I thought Floyd said it will be easy??? Why then they're scared of Pac??

You and all the other Pacfans should put together a petition to get Manny to agree to testing in writing so we can see this fight. I guarantee Manny get's stopped!!

I really don't care about Mayweather, he's not my neighbor, friend, or relative. He's got God given skills inside the ring, but very bad skills out the ring. Mayweather has great qualities inside the ring, but he has some the worst qualities in a human being outside the ring. It is hard to be a fan of someone who beats on women, openly insults his own father, and focuses only on money. Why would anyone root for this person? Probably a lot of dumb reasons.

Point of the matter is is that boxing lost last night. People paid good money not to see Mayweather knock out Ortiz while Ortiz had his hands down and looking at the ref. But in typical Mayweather fashion, he remains defiant and the victim.

all pacman has to do is agree to the testing....there must be a very good reason for him to not agree and make the biggest payday of his life come to fruition......bottom line is floyd is entitled to his opinion......he's basically said he'll fight pacman if the testing is done....doesnt sound like a scared man......other fighters fight pacman with no request because they are making biggest payday of their careers....ala sucker joshua clottey who was only happy to be a moving punching bag for 12 rounds

Pacquiao did agree to the random testing up too day of the fight,then Mays camp said he (pacquiao ) has to stay in the United states to train so he can be tested by only the U.S anti doping agency.No boxer will ever agree to letting another boxer tell them where they can and cannot train. so no way can the fight be made
