So he's asking Pacquiao where was he when Floyd was in his 20's? So the same can be asked of Floyd, why wouldn't you fight Shane Mosley during Shanes prime, Oscar's prime? How come Floyd you never went up in weight classes to fight Trinidad, Bernard Hopkins? How come Gloyd plays the victim card all the time? Only Floyd thinks he's an all time great. There's no chance he's an all time great, I don't care how undefeated his record is! He's not in the category of a Ray Leonard, Marvin Hagler, Tommy Hearns, Roberto Duran, Julio Cesar Chavez, Alexis Arguello, Oscar Dela Hoya, or a Shane Mosley.
