yes floyd won with 1 second remaining on the clock..but i took the audio from the fight and ran it through my pro tools Hd system and

joe cortez ask's the commission ring side If the bell rang in regards to the round was over.

so is it safe to say we can rule out a time in? or does the ref has to actually say ok nutural corners ..touch gloves ..time in?

or is a clap lets go good enough?

I was just looking into the matter and the guild lines are unclear. The WBC website is currently not working but in accordance to a PDF on the WBO website it does not state any of that criteria.

Edit:I was always under the assumption of stop boxing, start boxing and break where the rules but saying “let’s go” is that adequate enough for start boxing? Take into consideration boxing is an international sport that consists of many boxers that speak a variety of different languages. As a consequence of the boxer not been able to understand the ref, the boxer may only learn the three words I previously stated and not understand “let’s go”.
