He quit when he did the flying headbutt to Mayweather. He was looking for a way out of the fight just like Mike Tyson was looking for a way out of the Holyfield fight.

naw, he was just too messed up to get up on his own two feet. watch it again bro, he took a bit to just sit up and then when he tried to get up, he dropped to his knees and turned around. idk, looked like those shots really ****ed him up. i mean two clean ass shots to the face with your hands down would do that to you...

That's the part that made me think he quit. He looked like he thought about it for a sec and then decided to get back down on his knees on purpose.

How could you possibly think he quit ? This time you can't accuse Ortiz of being a quitter. Although, he was ****** with that useless headbutt. Those were 2 clean and powerful shots to the face.
