Cheap Shot or Good Shot? Poll

I need clarification from Cortez on how he saw the incident. Did he tell them to fight on? Did he resume time? Why was he not in control of the fight and how could he rule it a legal KD if he was looking elsewhere?
You can clearly see Mayweather look at Cortez before he throws the punches. He knows exactly what he is going to do. Protect yourself at all times because you aren't always fighting an honourable opponent.
It's hard to have much sympathy for Ortiz after the headbutt. The only defensible thing about the headbutt was that it was mindless and erratic whereas the sucker punch was cold and calculated.Comment

Clearly a cheap shot, very classless and it ruined what could have been a good fight.
But it's still legal and Ortiz should have protected himself instead of trying to hug Mayweather. Honestly, what kind of fighter does that after they headbutt someone? Ortiz was not taking the fight seriously.Comment

Legal shot, but it was a sucker punch..But bottom line Ortiz started it with the headbutt..Ortiz was dirty and May re-payed him for it,and Ortiz was not able to take it plain and simple...Comment

It should not leave a bad taste in anybody's mouth tbh..Ortiz threw a butt and it was a clear foul..Ortiz said sorry and even kissed May before Cortez took the point..Then hugs May,May landed a pay back punch and Ortiz could not take it..He did not even put his hands up..It was a sucker shot yes,but nobody should have a bad taste in their mouth about it...One cheap shot deserve another...Comment
