Even tho Ortiz head butted floyd ok, Ortiz deduct point then they should have there break and continue to box as normal so we could really see Floyd do his work and see wat Ortiz can pull off.

This is hilarious. Why is everyone crying? Floyd was tooling Ortiz and this fight wouldn't have gone past the 7th or 8th if the fight followed it's natural progression. Ortiz tried to change this fight with a flagrant headbutt, he was ****** enough to butt the way he did and even dumber to not cover up afterwards. He initiated the dirty tactics, Floyd just showed him how a winner fights dirty. To a large degree it was Cortez' fault for not being in control.

As for the punch, ofcourse it finished him, look at Vic's eyes and watch him try to get up......ofcourse it did the job, he wasn't even looking when it landed...YOU GUYS ARE SO ******!!! We havbe the usual crackpots claiming a conspiracy, the same way they do after each and every fight with an unusual ending.

Floyd didn't do a damn thing wrong.

People get too caught up on the "sport" aspect. But, at the end of the day this is a fight.

However, Ortiz is just so whack...Really this fights tells me all I needed to know about the type of fighter Berto is. How can such a weak minded fighter like Ortiz outfight you? What type of fighter are you?

I never understood the big deal people made about Ortiz after the Berto fight. But, the Berto fight was a mirage. In the words of Green, he is what I thought he was. This was the real Ortiz, the one from the Maidana fight, the one from the Campbell, and Peterson fight.

And, yes Floyd acted classless against Merchant. For anyone to say otherwise. Then you just nuthug the man as much as you do the fighter.

I know I know, its a big difference when you don't see the punch coming but I mean after the first shot you gotta anticipate something else is coming at least mentally...Ortiz reacted like he was out from the first punch....no flinch, hand up, or any reaction to it...

And then the smiling after the fight just leaves a bad taste in my mouth...Ortiz may just be a weirdo but it doesn't look good after you got KOed like that to be smiling and giving out daps to the other camp...

The fight was decently close in all but one rd, and Ortiz was landing. I think he could have landed clean and won eventually
