    I think Devon will be a much better fighter at 147...still needs a new Trainer though, let Kevin Cunningham be the Manager and let someone else to the Trainer because he is not getting better under Cunningham

        Malignaggi vs Devon will get made easier now. And I can also see khan and Ortiz fighting him in the future. Devon is a good kid his loud mouthed trainer just makes him sound bad!
